All products come with a minimum manufacturer's warranty period of 3 to 5 years for faults and defects, unless otherwise stated.

Returns or cancelling a purchase

Regretting your purchase?
Returns are possible within 14 days under the following conditions:

  • The product must not have been used or damaged and must show no signs of use.
  • The packaging and accessories must (if reasonably possible) be in new condition so that we can immediately resell it.
  • You return the item at your own expense. Unstamped shipments will still be accepted by us, but if this is not agreed upon, we will charge additional postage costs.
  • The refund will be processed within 3 working days to the bank account you provided.
  • Custom-made items are excluded. Prevention is better than cure. Please contact us if you have any doubts beforehand. We are happy to help you find the right product, preventing disappointments and unnecessary returns.

How can I return a product?

If you want to return an item, please contact Dekbedexpress within 14 days of receipt via email (info@dekbedexpress.nl) or through the Contact page. We will send you a return form that you can include with your return shipment. This ensures that we have all the relevant information to handle your return as quickly and correctly as possible.

The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Only if a product is defective or damaged through no fault of yours, Dekbedexpress.nl may decide to reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

Dekbedexpress.nl is not liable for lost shipments or damage during transport. Therefore, always ensure proper, neutral packaging. After contacting our Customer Service and confirming that you can return the package, please ensure it is sufficiently stamped. For items valued at over €250, we recommend taking out additional insurance. Dekbedexpress.nl cannot accept cash-on-delivery shipments, and such shipments will be automatically rejected.

When will I get my money back?
After registering the return shipment, you can return the shipment to us (even after 14 days). Once we have received your return shipment (preferably with the enclosed return form) and agreed to refund your money, we will transfer the amount owed (including shipping costs) to the bank account you provided within 30 days.

Returning due to defects

If it is decided that your purchase needs to be returned to us due to a defect, please do the following:

  • After consultation, we will send you a replacement product or you can send your defective product back to us (depending on the product). You will receive a return form from us.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do now?

If you notice any damage to the package on the outside, do not accept the product and ask the delivery person to make an immediate note of it.

If you have already accepted the product and later discover that the packaging is damaged, check if there is a defect in the product.
